Robinson Souza is a passionate and driven professional with a story rooted in resilience and ambition. Born and raised in humble beginnings, Robinson's journey has always been fueled by a dream to create a more inclusive and egalitarian world. Guided by the wisdom of his mother, who instilled the belief that "knowledge is something no one can take away," Robinson pursued education as his pathway to change. After completing his high school education, he relocated to São Paulo, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the prestigious University of São Paulo.
Robinson’s life philosophy is centered on the idea of giving back to society by creating opportunities for others, driven by his personal experience of overcoming challenges. His focus is on using his expertise in marketing and nutrition to empower people to not just survive but thrive in their environments.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and hospitality, Robinson Souza has worked with some of the most prominent names in the retail and hospitality industries. His career highlights include serving retail giants like Extra Hipermercados and GPA, where he led large-scale projects across multiple sectors. Robinson’s expertise extends beyond just marketing strategy—he excels in creating content that connects with consumers on a personal level, translating their needs into engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
During his time at Sodimac Brasil SA, Robinson successfully launched and managed the content marketing department, significantly increasing digital sales by more than 21.8% in 2019.
